I found the food selection excellent! The variety in the main restaurant impressed me. The facilities were another highlight, especially the multiple restaurants. The pools were very clean too!!!

The staff demonstrated notable friendliness and attentiveness. food options included diverse choices, namely asian and italian cuisines. i received snacks upon checkout, a thoughtful gesture. the rooms were clean. I noted high standards in this regard.
some corridor paint was present on the stairs, a minor imperfection.

a mixed bag of experiences
unfinished plaster work electricity cut off
The location in sahl hasheesh offered a serene environment with good security. That was acceptable.
Cement dust was everywhere and the plaster work seemed unfinished. twice the electricity went off during the night. food options were poor for vegetarians. I wanted better choices.

The staff, starting from reception, room service, and restaurant personnel, were very helpful. Mohra from guest relations welcomed and followed up daily. The food was delicious across the available restaurants, and evening events including concerts were great. I appreciated the lovely hotel and cool room. Everything seemed well organized and clean.
The internet had some intermittent issues , though this did not greatly affect my overall experience.

excellent vacation
tasty food helpful team egyptian night
the food was very tasty and fresh. I really liked the grill corner. the executive chef organized an egyptian food night every sunday. It was amazing. abdallah and mohamed salah from the reception team were especially helpful. Mahmoud also assisted us with luggage.
i found very unfriendly staff. there was no smile, or thank you. they threw drinks over the counter. it was horrible.
